A qualified personal trainer, I'm also a kettlebell instructor and a mental wellbeing and nutrition coach with NHS staff at Chesterfield Hospital. I'm a TRX suspended movement coach and currently studying a sports referral diploma.

Biography

My aim is to promote mental wellbeing and motivation through social fitness, using social media and encouraging clients to have fun and make friends. A qualified personal trainer, I'm also a kettlebell instructor and a mental wellbeing and nutrition coach with NHS staff at Chesterfield Hospital. I'm a TRX suspended movement coach and continue to study health and fitness.
