Siobhan Houldridge

Specialities: Strength training, powerlifting, mental health and wellbeing
Accomplishments: I previously competed in sprinting at county level and in heptathlons. I qualified for Britain's Strongest Woman in 2019 in the lightweight category.
Favourite workouts: Ball slams, kettlebell swings, dumbbell snatches and plyometrics.


My true passion lies in empowering women and building communities of supportive women who prompte mental health and wellbeing. I have a first class degree in sport and exercise science and eight years' experience in the health and fitness industry. I've worked as a personal trainer, class instructor, exercise referral specialist and wellness practitioner. Alongside this, I have been the head coach of a women’s weight training club and a fitness qualification assessor. Today, I use my knowledge and experience to help people reach their fitness goals as a strength and fitness coach.
