Entry Requirements

All of our courses require different levels of qualifications for entry and the details provided below are for guidance only.

Undergraduate programmes

The following qualifications from Romania will be considered for entry on to undergraduate programmes:

  • Diplomã de Bacalaureat (Baccalaureate Diploma)

The minimum score required for entry ranges from 7.0 to 7.75 depending on the UCAS tariff points required for the course as detailed in our prospectus. These are the overall scores required and for courses that require a relevant subject a certain score may be required in that specialist subject (as indicated by the entry requirements for that course).

Postgraduate taught courses (masters)

The following qualifications from Romania will be considered for entry on to postgraduate taught programmes:

  • Diplomã de Inginer
  • Diplomã de Licenţã
  • Diplomã de Urbanist Diplomat

English language

All applicants are required to gain a recognised English language qualification before entering any of our courses. For pre-sessional English programmes and courses below degree level, this must be one from a list of UK government recognised tests, most commonly IELTS. For degree level programmes (bachelors, masters and PhD), we consider a wide range of international qualifications.
