Our campus support teams play a vital part in improving the experience of student, staff and visitors by delivering services that help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the University including:

- access control / identity cards
- parking
These are often the first faces people see when they arrive at Sheffield Hallam each day, so making a good first impression is a really important part of these jobs.
Most campus support jobs are based in the Facilities Directorate, whose mission statement 'Together we make a difference' sums up the key qualities we look for in our staff - people with a positive can-do approach who enjoy working together in teams to deliver a high quality service.
