Information for parents and guardians

As the parent or guardian of a Hallam student we understand you might be worried about their wellbeing, living arrangements and University experience.

What you can do

Deliveries

You are allowed to deliver items to University accommodation in person. Your son or daughter should arrange this with the reception desk in their accommodation.

Self-isolation reports

Please also encourage your son or daughter to use our Covid reporting form if:

  • they develop symptoms
  • they get a positive test, or
  • they enter self-isolation.

Reporting allows us to make contact with them and offer self-isolation support where needed.
