For January 2019, we are transforming the way we deliver help and advice for students through the new Hallam Help service.
The new service will make it easier for you to access high quality support via new Hallam Help Points and a range of other methods.
Hallam Help Points will be your new point of contact on campus for all support queries. They will be easily recognisable and you’ll find them at key locations across campus. There will be a team of staff at each one to provide support with all aspects of your Hallam experience.
Confidential one-to-one spaces will also be available.
