From 16 July, there will be a new look and feel for the home page of Blackboard after you login. There will be no change inside Blackboard sites themselves. The contents of your sites will stay the same.

To facilitate this change, Blackboard will be unavailable on the morning of Saturday, 16th July starting 9am with the afternoon also at risk. As always, the team will strive to minimise any downtime.

The new home page will be mobile-friendly, more accessible, and provide quick access to key changes from across all your Blackboard sites. Instead of using tabs and boxes, everything that you need has been arranged into links on the left-hand side. This is the first step in introducing Blackboard Ultra, a modern interface for Blackboard.
