'I work in the oil and gas industry focusing on the upstream oil sector, looking at exploration and production,' he says.
'My work and DBA study are closely interlinked. I find that the interaction and relevancy of my studies to my work are difficult to separate.
'I was attracted to a DBA as this has academic and practical applications rather than being purely academically research based.
'Sheffield Hallam's DBA offered me the opportunity to study part-time in blocks, is delivered in the English language and I was already familiar with studying in Sheffield. 'Through my course I have found that my literature review, critical reasoning and understanding skills have been utilised in my work to develop practical solutions in the workplace.'
