As the Relationship Manager for the AWRC Wellbeing Accelerator, Kim is working to identify and support start-ups to join the programme and support them throughout their Accelerator journey and beyond.
Kim is a business development and relationship management professional who has represented organisations of all shapes and sizes. Her career began in health and wellbeing, managing physical activity projects in the local authority for several years. Since the local authority, Kim has worked in project management and business development roles in both private and charitable organisations.
In 2017, Kim came back ‘home’ to SHU; she is a proud alum who completed her BSc in 2009, followed by an MSc in 2014. For the past three years, Kim has worked for the University as a Partnership Manager; helping employers to grow talent within their organisations as well as supporting them to recruit new degree apprentices and SHU graduates.
Recently, Kim joined the AWRC Accelerator Team and will continue to support SHU and its partners to Transform Lives locally, regionally and nationally.
