In January 2014 COBRA RES invited a selection of artists, writers and film makers have been invited to respond to the recent deluge of COBRA emergency meetings about the continued flooding affecting parts of the United Kingdom. The resulting works have been collated into a DVD and book to be screened and launched at this event.
