The Northern Artists' Film Programme is a selection of cutting-edge work from innovative artists across the North, featuring work from students and new talent as well as established filmmakers. Work was submitted through open call and selected by a professional panel.

For one day Quays Culture are presenting a diverse programme of artists' films, including Rose Butler's digital short The Fair.
