Terminus includes new and existing installations by Professor David Cotterrell and well as commissions by Sound Artist Ron Wright and Michael Day. This exciting new exhibition brings you panoramic views of the city from 90m in the air projected on a bespoke curved wall in the gallery, along with a kinetic sculpture, produced with the support of Sheffield Robotics, which demonstrates simulated traffic flow using 12m2 of Scalextric-style tracks and cars.

A series of events has been programmed to coincide with the exhibition including work with Tinsley Meadows Primary School and an architecture summer school as well as a day of climbing and communicating via public realm sites, which will formally launch the next stage of the Tinsley Art Project - a £450k Major Commission. The ‘Terminus’ project website will feature news and documentation of these events.

The exhibition will run from 9 August - 9 September, every day from 2.00 - 6.30pm. Entry is free. The Scottish Queen is located at Park Hill, a 5 minute walk from Sheffield train station.
