    #LoveHome Design Challenge Sheffield (DOCX, 515.1KB) - What matters to you and those you live with about home? If you had a magic wand what would you do? What would you keep and what would you change about your current home? Would you adapt your existing home to improve it, or would you like to create a brand new one to live in? We want you to design a green home, place or space, that you love, that looks after you, those around you and the planet. We want you to think about how you and those you live with will use the house and its surroundings and how this will influence the way it looks.     UNI4U@Home Experiements

    Awesome experiments for students to try at home with things they can find in their cupboards! These short videos will be released weekly and are suitable for anybody with an inquisitive mind. Younger students will need an adult to help them.

    Make Your Own Kiwi DNA - Learn how to extract DNA from fruit and what Scientists use it for, observe the colours that make up inks and investigate the acids and bases found in your kitchen!

    Chromatography - Using just three simple items you can find in your kitchen, explore pigment and colour in this Chromatography experiment!

    Cabbage pH Scale - Investigate the pH of items you can find in your home using cabbage!

    Lava Lamps - Have a go at making a lava lamp using just 5 simple items and investigate density and polarity.

    Bacterial Cultures - This experiment shows you how to grow bacterial cultures and test how dirty things are.

    Gummy Bear Osmosis - Can you resist eating sweets long enough to discover how Osmosis makes them grow? Investigate what happens when food is put in a salt solution and how this relates to processes in the human body.

    Balloon Rocket Car - Interested in Physics and Engineering? Learn about the laws of motion and energy, whilst racing your recycled material car against other people.
