Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point Foundation Level (HACCP level 2)

This module introduces the core concepts and principles of HACCP. It is aimed at staff starting work in a food production environment. We are approved by the Royal Society for Public Health (RSPH) as a centre to manage and conduct the examinations.

Topics include:

  • Introduction to food safety management
  • Developing a HACCP based system
  • The Codex principles of HACCP and practical applications
