Group sessions

Our group sessions are a way to get helpful information and share experiences and  in a supportive setting. 

You do not need to register with the service to attend a session, you can just book it from the links below.  When you click to book a session you will see a calendar - search the dates to find the right date and time for you.

IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) offer a range of helpful sessions.  This is free talking therapy from the NHS. You can book this directly, without going through your GP.  Courses include
