Our group sessions are a way to share experiences and get helpful information in a supportive setting. 

You don not need to register with the service to attend a session, you can just book it from the links below. The session timetable is at the bottom of this page.

Workplace and Me

Class of 2022 - Wellbeing Skills for Work. 

This two-part workshop is part of the Class of 2022 offer and has been developed in collaboration with SHU Careers and Employability Service. It is open to all Class of 2022 students who are graduating this year, going on placement or graduate apprentices.
