Group sessions

Our group sessions are a way to get helpful information and share experiences and  in a supportive setting. 

You do not need to register with the service to attend a session, you can just book it from the links below.  When you click to book a session you will see a calendar - search the dates to find the right date and time for you. 

Further down you will find more information about the group sessions and also activities from other services listed on this page, including the Skills Centre, IAPT and Hallam Active.

IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies) offer a range of helpful sessions.  This is free talking therapy from the NHS. You can book this directly, without going through your GP.  Courses include
