First Steps in Mindfulness for Wellbeing is a free 4 week course which gives a practical introduction to mindfulness meditation, so that you can explore the benefits this can bring to your health and wellbeing.
The Living Well with a Long Term Condition Course is for people living with a long term physical health condition who would like to help themselves better manage their long term condition and wellbeing. The course is 4 sessions over 4 weeks, each session is 1 hour long. There are usually between 10-15 people who will attend.
The Living Well with Pain Course is a course with 5 sessions over 5 weeks for people who experience chronic pain (pain which is experienced for 6 months or more) and who want to find ways to help themselves manage and cope with living with pain.
