We have a student wellbeing online reading list. This has helpful books on a range of wellbeing issues and situations. Some of the popular subject areas are listed below.

The library has recently purchased a selection of books from the Reading Well scheme. These cover a variety of mental and personal issues that you may be experiencing to help you manage your wellbeing
