Reading can be relaxing and can provide a range of information and practical support strategies to help improve your wellbeing. Reading about someone else’s experiences can be affirming and supportive.

Reading lists online

We have a student wellbeing online reading list. This has helpful books on a range of wellbeing issues and situations. Some of the popular subject areas are listed below.

The library also has a wellbeing collection and a wellbeing related comic collection. These are smaller selections that are easier to browse.
