IAPT Workshops

Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) are part of the NHS. They offer free talking support for a range of conditions, including anxiety, low mood, stress, panic.   Currently during the Covid pandemic their delivery is all online.  

  • There are a number of group sessions you can sign up to describing and demonstrating helpful strategies for managing.
  • There is also the option to be assessed for one-to-one support from one of the psychological wellbeing practitioners
  • They also have a helpful range of self-help resources 

Currently IAPT are offering some courses specifically aimed at students.
