Improving Access to Psychological Therapies (IAPT) are part of the NHS. They offer free talking support for a range of conditions, including anxiety, low mood, stress, panic. Currently during the Covid pandemic their delivery is all online.

- There is also the option to be assessed for one-to-one support from one of the psychological wellbeing practitioners

Currently IAPT are offering some courses specifically aimed at students.
