Workshops

Our workshops are a way to get helpful information and share experiences and  in a supportive setting. 

You do not need to register with the service to attend a session, you can just book it from the links below.  When you click to book a session you will see a calendar - search the dates to find the right date and time for you. 

You might also want to think about other types of group sessions offered from our service and others:

  • NHS Sheffield Talking Therapies - offer a range of free workshops on anxiety and low mood
  • Hallam Active - run a range of social sports activities to encourage people to have a go at sport for fun.
  • Skills Centre - Sessions in the libraries on a range of study topics and also the option of 1:1 sessions to work on an assignment
  • Therapeutic Groups - six group sessions in a closed group with wellbeing practitioners to help with a specific issue (referral only)
