Summary
Jackie is an experienced NHS leader of complex, multi sectoral health and care delivery systems. She has 14 years Board level experience and for the last 6 years of her career she undertook the role of Accountable Chief Executive Officer, NHS Doncaster Clinical Commissioning Group. During this time, Jackie led the organisation from Good to Outstanding for 5 consecutive years.
Her natural style is one of supporting and coaching others to be the best they can be. She believes a culture of openness, transparency, learning and team creates an empowered workforce that feels inspired to deliver and drive forward improvements for patients and the organisation.
Jackie is committed to improving health inequalities and social mobility. She strongly believes that education plays a huge role in personal growth and development and that continued education, in whatever form, should be readily available to anyone who wants to continue on their learning journey.
Jackie has a Masters in Business and Administration and a Diploma in Management Studies. She was born and lives in Doncaster. She is a huge champion of South Yorkshire and her home city of Doncaster.
