The Board of Governors is established by law and operates in accordance with the University's Instrument and Articles of Government.

The Board meets six times a year. The agendas and minutes of Board meetings are published following each meeting.

The Regulations are the University's subsidiary governing documents (DOCX, 97.7KB) which, with the Instrument and Articles of Government, uphold the Public Interest Governance Principles.
