Nikki Davies has worked at Sheffield Hallam University since September 2022. Her current role is Director of Registry Services at Sheffield Hallam University, where she leads services supporting the full student lifecycle, including student policy, governance, compliance, casework, records and curriculum data. With nearly two decades of leadership experience in higher education, she has held senior roles at Sheffield Hallam University, Leeds Trinity University and the University of Hull.
Nikki has extensive expertise in institutional governance, regulatory compliance, organisational change, service transformation and student experience. She is passionate about creating inclusive, high-performing cultures and has successfully led complex strategic initiatives that support institutional effectiveness and positive outcomes for students.
Nikki holds a master’s degree in education and is committed to ensuring higher education remains accessible, responsive and focused on student success.
