Important Information - Allocation Update
Please note that we are extremely busy in the accommodation office at the moment and responses to enquiries may be delayed. Please find below answers to common queries below
I need to apply for accommodation
Please download an SA1 Accommodation Application Form from the how to apply page, and return to Accommodation Services immediately by fax, email or post.
I have not been allocated accommodation yet
We are currently still busy in the office allocating accommodation to students. As soon as your application form is processed you will be contacted by email and details of your new home will follow in the post a few days later. Please be patient at this busy time. Don’t worry we haven't forgotten about you!
I need to arrive early in my accommodation
If you have already been allocated accommodation in Woodville Hall, Bramall Court or Charlotte Court, please complete the webform and a member of staff will be in touch with you to arrange this. If you have been allocated accommodation in any other hall, you will need to arrange an early arrival direct with the landlord of your hall of residence. Contact details can be found in your offer pack.
Accepting the offer of accommodation
If you have a query regarding accepting your accommodation offer. please email accommodation@shu.ac.uk write 'ACCEPTING' in the subject box so that we can easily identify these emails.
Declining the offer of accommodation
Please complete the orange decline for which will be in your offer pack. Alternatively, please email accommodation@shu.ac.uk write 'DECLINING' in the subject box so that we can easily identify these emails.
