Keynote
By observing your mentees emotional wellbeing, you are able to offer early support when they are struggling with their own resilience. This keynote explores the signs and symptoms new teachers are likely to display when their emotional wellbeing is at risk and steps you can take to enable them to thrive as a new teacher.
Workshop
The seminar will allow mentors the opportunity to explore the tools and resources that they can access to support their mentees emotional wellbeing, as well as to discuss the strategies which will strengthen resilience in new teachers.
Workshops Themes
The workshops will be organised into Early Years, Primary, Secondary and Post-16 and will focus upon key themes to assist mentors in supporting ITE trainees to improve their practice.
