Dr Bipro Nath Dubey PhD, MEng (Chemical)

Summary

Bipro Dubey received his MEng in Chemical Engineering at TU-Dortmund, Germany, and his PhD in the field of Process Engineering at Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH-Zurich). After his postdoctoral research at ETH Zurich and Procter & Gamble, he joined at Sheffield Hallam University as a lecturer since June 2015.

His research activity is associated with National Centre of Excellence for Food Engineering (NCEFE), Materials and Engineering Research Institute (MERI), and Hallam Energy. His main research interests are in Food Process Engineering, Food Structuring, Colloids and Multiphase Flow, Functional Food, Food Rheology, Encapsulation, Separation Processes, Energy Management and Powder Technology.
