Summary
Jenny is Research Support Officer in the Research and Innovation Office, promoting and developing research impact through encouraging Sheffield Hallam academics to use their research to benefit the world.
About
This involves advising and supporting researchers to prepare impact case studies for submission to the Research Excellence Framework, working with colleagues across the University to develop an impact culture among research staff at Sheffield Hallam.
As a member of the Policy and Performance Team, Jenny also supports the University's Research Ethics Committee.
Prior to joining Sheffield Hallam, Jenny worked for nine years in research programme management at the School for Health and Related Research (ScHARR) at the University of Sheffield.
With a background in journalism and PR, Jenny worked for the BBC in radio and television for seven years, latterly for Radio 4 as a producer/researcher on round-table discussion programmes.
