Dr Cindy Wang-Cowham


Summary

Dr Wang-Cowham joined Sheffield Hallam University in March 2015. She is an Academic Member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel Development and a Fellow of Higher Education Academy in the UK. She has published articles in journals including Human Resource Development International, Learning Organisation, and The Journal of Technology Management in China, and co-authored a book chapter on International Human Resource Management published by Cambridge University Press. Her current research interests are on managing organisational/HR knowledge, contemporary development of HRM practices in Chinese firms, managing expatriates and global talent management and development.
