Director of Placement Learning
Summary
As Director of Placement Learning I have oversight of quality issues related to placement learning and play a strategic role for the Faculty in relation to practice development within inter-professional placement learning.
I work with colleagues from across the Faculty to ensure that the approach to placement management, interpreting the curricula and ensuring the organisation of placements for students is robust, equitable and safe, this is informed by research and best practice which includes placement learning research conducted within the Faculty which I have led.
Teaching
I teach public health, epidemiology and quantitative data analysis.
