About

I am a senior lecturer in Organisational Behaviour/Human Resource Management at the Sheffield Business School and currently the Course Leader for the MSc Human Resource Management full-time course. I have worked with clients in public and private sector and specialise in learning and development with individuals, teams and organisations. Most recently I have been specialising in Academic advising, coaching and mentoring. I have an MSc in Organisation Development and Consultancy and am a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) where I am the lead for South Yorkshire and District branch CIPD Student and Centres activity and support the mentoring scheme. I am a member of the Universities Forum Human Resource Development and help to lead the Learning and Education committee.
