About

A British Screenwriters’ Award-winning scriptwriter repped by The Agency, I've written for TV, film, stage and radio. I’ve been commissioned to write for existing series such as Shameless and Doctors and have sold numerous feature screenplays and TV pilots. A member of the Alliance of Working Class Academics, I have a particular interest in encouraging writers from disadvantaged backgrounds to enter further education. Formerly an advertising copywriter, I can also give advice on other careers in professional creative writing.
