He is an experienced academic with over seven years of teaching and more than a decade of industry expertise in logistics and supply chain management and consultancy. He currently teaches in MSc course at Sheffield Hallam University, specializing in Strategic Sourcing & Procurement and Warehouse Systems & Transportation. His PhD research, completed in 2021, focused on integrating optimization and simulation tools into supply chain management, a key area of his ongoing research. With a background in logistics management and consultancy across multiple sectors, his work combines practical industry insights with academic theory. His research interests include supply chain network design, digital transformation, sustainability, and the use of advanced frameworks, modelling and simulation techniques to enhance operational efficiency and resilience. His future research will continue to bridge the gap between academia and industry while advancing sustainable practices and optimizing supply chain management.
