Summary

As Head of Student Recruitment for the College of Business, Technology & Engineering (BTE), I lead the undergraduate and postgraduate recruitment and admissions for UK and international markets. 

I have an emerging research profile with research interests including international parasport success factors, para-athlete development, and elite sport systems. 

I have extensive experience in portfolio development and quality assurance. I regularly act as both an internal and external panel chair for UK and international course and institution approval, validation, accreditation and review. I am passionate about higher education provision, especially student recruitment, enhancing student experience, widening participation and developing collaborative provision and partnerships. I have experience with multiple Higher Education Institutions, achieving collaborative success and enhancing provision
