My background is in Adult Nursing and Health Visiting, and I have worked since 2007 as a Senior Lecturer teaching on a variety of nursing and early years courses.
My interests are in interdisciplinary and partnership working and I strongly believe in working collaboratively with colleagues from education and social care to provide early intervention and support to children and families.
My current roles include being module leader for the V100 Nurse Prescribing and Person Centred Primary Care. I teach across the full range of programmes in pre-registration nursing and CPD including Specialist Community Public Health Nursing and mentorship. I have also recently taken the role of Assessment Lead for CPD.
