Dr Zakary Diakite Dr
Researcher in Food System Sustainability
Summary
After completing my doctoral research in Agricultural Economics and Environmental Management at INRAE in France, I held various roles centred on sustainable food systems and economic modelling. These included a position as a Research Economist at AFBI in Northern Ireland, contributing to the FAPRI UK project, and a postdoctoral fellowship at Laval University in Canada. I also served as a key economic expert on the OneFood project while consulting with CABI in England. My expertise lies in integrating economic, biological, and social systems to design effective policies and strategies within the energy, food, and agricultural sectors.
