Our congratulations go to Mohamed Tawfik Elzayat who passed his viva yesterday with minor corrections. His PhD was entitled Characterisation of novel antimicrobial peptides from Egyptian scorpion and snake venoms. His supervisory team consisted of Dr Keith Miller (DoS), Professor Peter Strong (supervisor) and Professor Mohamed Abdel-Rahman (external supervisor).
