PhD students at the BMRC participated in the Leadership Course developed by SHU and run by Common Purpose UK.

It was an amazing opportunity with lots of different experiences including learning about how different institutions manage their organisational issues. It definitely helped us to develop our self-confidence and will have a constructive impact on our future careers.
