Doctoral student Hasan Aldewachi has been awarded a £400 travel grant from the Royal Society of Chemistry to attend the 5th International Conference on Bio-Sensing Technology which is taking place in Riva del Garda, Italy, between 7th - 10th May 2017.

Bio-sensing technologies are of increasing importance in healthcare, agri-food, environmental and security sectors, and this is reflected in the continued growth of global markets for such technologies.
