We're hosting two webinars for Radiotherapy Service Managers and Apprenticeship Leads who have an interest in supporting staff to complete the Enhanced Practice apprenticeship programme.
These sessions will cover:

- How can enhanced practice be applied to practice within radiotherapy and oncology?
- How the apprenticeship programme can be used to support workforce strategy and impact on quality of provision, staff upskilling, professional development and staff retention
- The benefits of the apprenticeship
- Potential challenges and strategies to overcome these
- Examples of best practice
Our team will give an overview of the course including:
- Structure and content of the programme
- The application process and apprenticeship essential information such as off-the job learning, evidencing learning and assessment
- Support systems for learners including information about our apprenticeship coaches, progress reviews and how the mentor/supervisor role will be facilitated
There will also be a question and answer session, giving you the opportunity to speak to our experienced staff delivery team.
