Workplace Wellbeing for SMEs Workshop
Wellbeing challenges in this sector are on the rise with the number of employees seeking mental health advice. Staff absence and presenteeism impact a business' productivity, income and performance.
This workshop will provide insight into what wellbeing actually means and why improving employee wellbeing can help your business to flourish. Join us to discover great tools and techniques to support your workforce.
We have asked SMEs what their greatest challenges are in relation to their workforce and how wellbeing initiatives can support their business to inform the workshop. There will also be opportunities at the workshop for learning through taster courses such as mental resilience, line manager training and exercise for health. You will learn from other SME experiences and explore new ideas to try in your business with a facilitated session for you to work on your wellness action plan. In addition, we will provide all participants with a 1-2-1 mini wellness check and provide recommendations following a wellness-needs assessment, which will be conducted on the first day.
Lunch and refreshments will be provided throughout the workshop.
This is a two-day workshop, taking place on 28 June and 5 July from 10am to 4pm, and both days must be attended.
Eligible attendees are SMEs based in the Sheffield City Region.
