Dr Sarah Fidment

Dr Sarah Fidment is Subject Group Leader and Principal Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management in the Sheffield Business School. 

She teaches in the subjects of leadership and change and strategic people management on UG and PG Apprenticeships and Executive Education and is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. 

With over 15 years experience in programme design, development and delivery Sarah has led over 50 leadership development interventions, working with executive and mid-level leaders across a broad range of sectors. Her past clients have included: SIG Plc, Tesco, the Post Office, the Co-operative Group, the NHS, Nestle, Morrisons, Hovis, the Sheffield City Region and the Department for International Development.

Vincent Traynor

Vincent Traynor is a Principal Lecturer at Sheffield Business School and an independent executive coach, organisation consultant and supervisor of professional practice.

He has 25 years’ experience specialising in the development, delivery and evaluation of one-to-one and group-based interventions that develop clarity, competence, collaboration and commitment to new ways of being and working.

Clients have included: BT, Centrica, Sky, Vision Express, PwC, the NHS, UK Athletics, Surrey County Council, Sheffield City Region Growth Hub and Sheffield Hallam University

Dr Alexandra Anderson

Dr Alexandra Anderson is Principal Lecturer for Employer Engagement in the Department of Management at Sheffield Business School. Alex leads on a number of SME business support programmes including supporting microbusinesses in adoption of digital and new technology and the Sheffield City Region Scale Up Programme. 

Her commercial experience spans more than ten years including the highs and lows of running her own business. She continued her passion for entrepreneurship at Hallam University and was directly responsible for the creation of the flagship MSc Entrepreneurship programme. A programme where students focussed on developing their own new venture. She also designed an enterprise pathway programme for Sheffield Business School undergraduates to work on their own new venture as part of their course.

Alexandra is the Programme Director of the Help to Grow: Management course. She discusses how business leaders can benefit from the course.

Chris Whitehead 

Chris Whitehead is a Mentee (EMCC Accredited Senior Practitioner) at Damflask Consulting. He is also a mentor on the Help to Grow: Management course. He discusses how business leaders can benefit from taking part in the course.

Ian Sarson

Ian Sarson is Executive Coach at Empower U Coaching Ltd and a mentor on the Help to Grow: Management course. He discusses how business leaders can benefit from taking part in the course.
