Our careers fairs
Sheffield Hallam University welcomes employers to attend our careers fairs and spotlight employer recruitment events in Autumn 2021.
Our varied programme of careers fairs and events are a great way for you to recruit students for part-time work, internships, sandwich placements, or graduate jobs.
Events are currently being planned for a mixture of on campus face to face events and virtual events.
Work While You Study Fair 2021, 5 October
Hallam Virtual Careers Fair - business functions such as Management, Finance, Professional Services and Service Sector, 20 October
Hallam Virtual Careers Fair - Digital, Media, Engineering and Sciences, 21 October
Hallam Virtual Careers Fair - Natural & Built Environment, 10 November
In addition to the formal events, you can also engage with students by delivering presentations or workshops in the curriculum where possible.
We offer a multitude of opportunities for you to work with our students by offering an applied project or a short placement in curriculum and we have year-round term time opportunities.
There are no charges to our employer events or careers fairs however there are sponsorship opportunities should you wish to sponsor an event.
The safety of our employers, students and staff remains paramount and as a result we will continue to monitor and assess the latest Covid-19 government guidance with regards to planning for on-campus events for 2021/22 academic year.
