Join us on a captivating hiking journey through the picturesque landscape of Mam Tor nestled within the enchanting Peak District. Mam Tor is a 517m hill near Castleton in the High Peak of Derbyshire. The views from the top of Mam Tor are simply stunning, taking in the whole of the Hope Valley on one side and the whole of the Edale Valley and the Derwent Moors on the other.

Please bring approx. £6-7 for transportation, suitable walking boots, and a packed lunch for a picnic.

Please note that we will take the 272 bus from the Sheffield bus interchange to Castleton and then walk from there. The shortest route can take roughly 3 hours, hiking up Mam Tor and going back to Castleton, from where we will take the bus to Sheffield interchange.
