Our academy is an opportunity for women at Sheffield Hallam University to join the football workforce and influence this generation to participate in football whilst developing themselves as strong leaders. 

Participants in the 2023/24 project will be supported via funding for their chosen qualification 'Introduction to Football Coaching' or 'The FA Referee Course', continued professional development sessions, and the allocation of a mentor to guide their through their leadership journey.

• Coaching/refereeing courses - November 2023
• CPD 2 - 26 January*
• CPD 3 - 19 March*
• Celebration event - April 2024

*Applicants must be available for all 3 CPD dates.
