Sport Hallam Career Pathway Programme

The Sport Hallam Career Pathway Programme provides applied learning opportunities that support the delivery of Sport Hallam activities while helping students develop their skills and experience.

This BUCS Award-winning volunteering programme offers real-world experience for students interested in careers in sport, alongside valuable transferable skills applicable across many industries. Through high-quality training and development, you'll gain industry-relevant knowledge in a supportive environment focused on your personal and professional growth.

Opportunities are open to all students, regardless of degree subject or sporting experience. Most volunteer roles require a commitment of 2 to 4 hours per week and include access to a range of benefits and support, with additional rewards available as you increase your volunteering hours.
