Sport Hallam Career Pathway Programme
The Sport Hallam Career Pathway Programme offers a wide range of applied learning opportunities while directly supporting the delivery of Sport Hallam programmes.
This BUCS Award–winning volunteering initiative is underpinned by Sheffield Hallam University’s commitment to applied learning. The programme offers real world, practical experience that supports students aspiring to work in the sport sector, while also developing highly transferable skills that are valuable across a wide range of industries.
Through high quality training and development opportunities, the programme supports both your personal and professional growth. You will gain valuable experience, knowledge, and industry relevant skills in a supportive environment that prioritises your development. Opportunities are open to all students, regardless of degree subject or previous experience in sport.
Volunteer roles typically require a commitment of 2 to 4 hours per week. As part of the programme, volunteers gain access to a comprehensive support package, with additional benefits unlocked the more hours you volunteer with us.
