Introduction

This 15‑credit module supports health and social care professionals to strengthen their capacity for innovation and improvement within complex care settings.

Through reflective practice, critical analysis, and evidence‑informed decision‑making, learners explore how to influence change, enhance service quality, and foster collaborative leadership cultures that improve outcomes for individuals and organisations.

  • Entry requirements

    Applicants must hold a relevant Level 6 qualification, have current or recent experience in health or social care, and be able to engage in postgraduate academic study. Professional registration or equivalent practice experience is expected, alongside a commitment to developing advanced, critically reflective leadership skills.

  • Attendance

    Delivery Method:

    Synchronous online learning (distance learning). Take part in live, timetabled online sessions using tools like video calls and virtual classrooms. You’ll learn in real time with tutors and other students, with no need to attend campus for teaching or assessments.
