Training and development (CPD)
Our goal is to deliver a dynamic, expanding and nationally recognised continuing professional development (CPD) programme that contributes to the development of knowledge, understanding, expertise and practice across the community justice sector.
Within the staff group we have the skills and resources to deliver professional training to community justice practitioners and are responsive to the diverse requirements of organisations. Training modules can be delivered with flexibility which enable the integration of online and face to face delivery within an interactive and blended learning environment.

- effective practice including motivational interviewing and pro-social modelling

- values and ethics within the delivery of services to offenders
