Schools and colleges activity
We work closely with the University's schools and colleges liaison team to offer groups of students an insight into professional creative practices and raise awareness of higher education opportunities. This could include a visit to a gallery exhibition and the opportunity to meet current students and teaching staff to learn about the student experience.
The SIA Gallery hosts a variety of innovative and interactive projects and activities for groups of school and college students to raise awareness of particular academic subject areas within the creative discipline, including
- practical workshops with professional artists
- lectures with current academic staff
- schools and colleges programme of activity during Creative Spark
- application guidance and preparing your portfolio session
- meet our current students
