On Wednesday 27 February Sheffield Hallam University’s Department of Computing held its annual STACK event. This is a chance for employers and students to meet to talk about jobs and life in the IT industry. This year saw over twenty local and national IT employers visit the event and host a wide range of activities. These included a specialist CV clinic run by Benchmark Recruiting and Franklin Fitch and two interview skills workshops run by FDM and 3squared.

Over 175 students benefitted from these activities with many now feeling more confident about the employment options and choices they have both during and after their degrees.
