I joined Sheffield Hallam University in 2023 as a Senior Lecturer and I am based in the centre for leadership within the school of Health and Social Care. This follows over 20 years working within Adult services (Learning Disabilities). I have extensive experience of leading teams and services with a passion for empowering people to reach their potential. I am a module leader for Leadership in Context and Evaluating Service Improvement.
